Rosas suffered his first career loss earlier this year against Christian Rodriguez at UFC 287. Before that, he won each of his first six professional fights, including a finish of Jay Perrin in his UFC debut.
Rosas rose to fame when he earned a UFC contract on Dana White’s Contender Series at just 17 years old last year. He is the youngest signee in UFC history and the youngest to debut inside the Octagon.

Rosas will be at a significant experience deficit in Mitchell. After an appearance on The Ultimate Fighter 14 in 2016, Mitchell won three straight on the Alaskan regional scene before his UFC debut at UFC 290.
Mitchell went on to lose his UFC debut against Cameron Saaiman by first-round TKO. He is 14-3 in his professional MMA career and is a former AFC flyweight champion.
UFC Noche is headlined by a UFC flyweight title rematch between Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko. It will arguably be the biggest non-PPV card of the year in the UFC.
